Del. David Bulova (D-37) meets with sisters Gayle Hinton (left) and Joan Moore (right) in Richmond. Joan, of Fairfax City, spent time in the state capital advocating for increased teacher training in identifying and working with dyslexic students. Hinton and Moore are both part of Decoding Dyslexia Virginia.
