Scarlett Ambrose, 6, mother Julie Ambrose and Skylar Ambrose, 7, are joining the program for the first time this year. Skylar likes the “Young Cam Jensen” series and Scarlett was excited to find one of her continuing favorites in spite of her reading level having progressed beyond it, “Go, Dog. Go!”

Children of all ages and their parents visited Springfield’s Richard Byrd Library Saturday, June 25 to join the Fairfax County Public Library’s 2016 Summer Reading Challenge.
