West Springfield High School senior Catherine Kiser was honored by the Thomas Lee chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution in Fairfax as its 2016-17 Good Citizens Awardee at an awards luncheon Saturday, Feb. 11 at Cedar Knoll in Alexandria. The Good Citizens award recognizes a senior who exemplifies dependability, leadership, service and patriotism.
